The Umo Rewards Portal allows you to manage your transit accounts, users, loyalty campaigns, rewards for Umo App users, access analytics reporting, and manage support tickets through the Umo Rewards Support Portal.
Once you have signed a contract with Cubic, a transit agency account will be created in the Umo Rewards Support Portal within 1 business day.
Your account’s admin user will receive a notification email with all account details once the setup is complete.
Note: All time indicators associated with your accounts and campaigns will be reported under UTC zone.
Once your Umo Rewards transit account is available, and you sign in to the Umo Rewards Support Portal you can:

- Manage Accounts ‒ to request any changes be made to your advertising account via the Support Portal.
- Manage Users ‒ to manage users for your transit account.
- Manage Loyalty Campaigns ‒ to manage loyalty campaigns via the Umo Rewards Support Portal.
- Manage Rewards for Umo App Users ‒ Debit and credit Stars via the the Umo Rewards Support Portal.
- Access Analytics Reporting ‒ for analytics related to your advertising campaigns.
- Manage support tickets ‒ through the Umo Rewards Support Portal.
