You can request adjustments be made to your existing contract with Cubic, you may either:
- Contact your Cubic Account Manager directly ‒or‒
- Submit a Support Ticket in our Support Portal
If you submit a ticket via the Support Portal, please include the following details:
- Your name
- Your Umo Rewards organization account name and account ID
- Contract ID
- Contract modification details
