Once you have signed a contract with Cubic, a transit agency account will be created in the Umo Rewards Support Portal within 1 business day.
Your authorized admin user will receive a notification email with all account details once the setup is complete.
- A user account for each authorized transit staff will also be created in the the Umo Rewards Support Portal right after the transit agency account is created.
- Each user will receive a notification email with their user account details.
- Your account username will be your registered email address with Umo Rewards.
Note: All time indicators associated with your accounts and campaigns will be reported in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Once your transit account is available, and you sign in to the the Umo Rewards Support Portal, you can:
- Modify Your Account ‒ to request any changes to your Umo Rewards transit account
- Terminate Your Account ‒ to request your Umo Rewards transit account be terminated
- Reactivate Your Account ‒ to request your Umo Rewards transit account be reactivated
