You can terminate or reactivate your Umo Rewards Advertising account by notifying your Cubic Account Manager or by submitting a ticket in our Support Portal and including the following details:
- Your name
- Your Umo Rewards organization account name and account ID
- Expected termination date
Your loyalty campaigns (if running) will be paused on the requested termination date if your request delivered to Cubic is at least 1 business day prior to the requested termination date or they will stop showing within 1 business day upon receipt of your request if it is an immediate termination request. If there is an outstanding balance, it will be charged to your payment method within 30 days since receipt of the cancellation.
If you have money left in your cancelled account, a refund will be issued to your registered payment method within 45 days.
