If a rider thinks they are missing Stars from their card-linked purchases, they can submit a request, and we can help.
Keep in mind, if their rider's transaction is still pending, they’ll need to wait until the merchant completes it before they can receive their cash back.
If the rider does not automatically receive rewards for purchasing qualifying goods or services with the participating merchant via the Umo Rewards program — or for performing other qualifying actions as identified by us — they have thirty (30) days from the date or transaction if made in-store or ninety (90) days from the date of transaction if made online to contact us, provide evidence of the purchase and request Stars earned.
