Umo gives our loyalty users Umo Rewards Stars – that they can then redeem Stars for transit passes or a cash balance towards transit payment – for doing the things they already love doing, like shopping and dining out when they use their debit or credit cards linked to Umo Rewards.
We will help riders earn Stars for their purchases when they redeem an offer from a participating merchant. We awards stars from several brands, including local businesses and online stores participating in the Umo Rewards Program. These brands provide an earn-Stars offer for each purchase.
For riders, virtually no work is required. There are no coupons to clip, no code to show the cashier, no promo codes to keep track of, no loyalty cards that riders have to remember to bring, no scanning receipts, no work. Riders don’t have to do a thing – just receive constant Stars when they join Umo Rewards and use their debit or credit cards linked to their Umo Rewards account.
Note: If a rider has linked a cards to Umo Rewards, they will not be able to link their cards to the rewards program on the Dosh app, a Cubic partner. However, riders can see all the same great offers from the Dosh app directly in the Umo App.
