Earning Stars is easy and automatic for riders — they just make eligible purchases at participating merchants' locations.
Riders can see all the current offers curated for them at any time in the Card Link Offers section on the Rewards tab in the Umo App.
Each store is different, and the number of Stars a rider earns will be shown next to the offer and in the offer details. Riders need to make sure to check the offer details for any limits, exclusions, or caps that the merchant may have as part of their offer. This way, riders can make sure they're receiving all of the Stars they can get!
Merchants can target their offers to our user base — this means that the offers a rider sees may come or go depending on the offer the merchant wants to promote.
To see what offers are currently available, riders should always make sure to check the Umo App. Offers change regularly depending on the needs and wishes of our merchants.
Important! For riders to ensure that they get rewarded with card-linked offers, they need to select Credit Card as the payment method for online shopping or in-store purchases, even if their Umo Rewards linked card is a debit card.
