You can set a frequency cap on an ad group level for your campaign (to define how many impressions of each ad you want to display to a user) by going to Campaign > Campaign List > Select Campaign Name > Ad Group > Edit > Frequency Cap.
Note: Setting a frequency cap applies for both impressions and views, and video and image/HTML5 ads.
Set frequency cap
- Log in to the Umo Rewards Ad Portal.
- Click Campaign on the left menu.
- In the Campaign List, select the campaign whose frequency cap you want to set.
- On the Campaign Details page, select the ad group whose frequency cap you want to set, click the Edit icon

- On the Edit Ad Group page, in the Frequency Cap field, enter a frequency number.
- In the Every and Interval fields, enter the preferred frequency (example: Every 5 DAYS).
- Click Save.
The system notifies you that your ad group has been successfully updated.
