- Log in to the Umo Rewards Support Portal at https://ctscubic.service-now.com/.
- Under Umo Rewards Self-service in the left navigation bar, click Create a support ticket.
- Click New Advertiser Ticket.
- On the New Advertiser Ticket page, fill in the ticket form.
- Click Submit.
Once we have received your support ticket, we will contact you with a solution within 1 business day from our receipt of your request.
