You can modify the fields of an existing ticket, or save or update an existing ticket by going to Umo Rewards Self Service > My Open Incidents > Save or Update.
Modify an existing ticket
To modify an existing ticket's fields:
- Log in to the Umo Rewards Support Portal.
- Under Umo Rewards Self Service, click My Open Incidents.
- Select the ticket number you want to modify.
- Once you have made your required changes, click Save.
Save or update a ticket
To save or update an existing ticket:
- Log in to the Umo Rewards Support Portal.
- Under Umo Rewards Self Service, click My Open Incidents.
- Select the ticket number you want to save or update.
- Once you have made your required changes, click Save or Update.
Note: If you make changes on a ticket, clicking Save or Update can both save the changes. However, using the Save option will keep you on the existing page, while using the Update option will direct you back to the previous page.
