You can contact Cubic regarding an existing support ticket by logging in to the Umo Rewards Support Portal and doing one of the following:
- Reply directly to Umo Rewards support ticket email of the ticket you want to communicate about –or–
- Log in to the Cubic Support Portal and open the ticket you want to communicate about
On the ticket page, click Notes, then type in your messages in the Customer Visible Comments section. Once complete, click Post.
