The Umo Rewards Advertising Portal allows you to manage your advertising accounts, contracts, campaigns, users, and also access analytics reporting.
Once you have signed a contract with Cubic, an advertising account will be created in the Umo Rewards Advertising Portal within 1 business day.
Your account’s admin user will receive a notification email with all account details once the setup is complete.
Note: All time indicators associated with your accounts and campaigns will be reported in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Once your Umo Rewards advertising account is available, and you sign in to the Umo Rewards Portal, you can:
- Modify Your Contract ‒ to request modifications to your advertising contract with Cubic via the Support Portal.
- Manage Users ‒ to manage users for your advertising account.
- Manage Campaigns ‒ to manage advertising campaigns via the Support Portal.
- Access Campaign Pricing Models ‒ as well as billing and invoices details.
- Manage Support Tickets ‒ through the Umo Rewards Support Portal.
