You can terminate or reactivate your Umo Rewards advertising account by submitting a ticket in our Support Portal. Please provide the following details:
- Your name
- Your company name and Umo Rewards account ID
- Expected termination date

For reactivation request, we will send you reactivation instructions via email within 1 business day.
Note: The terms of account termination vary depending on the amount of prior written notice that you provide (as specified below).
Account termination process
To cancel your Umo Rewards advertising account, you must submit a ticket in our Support Portal.
Note: Once we have processed your Umo Rewards advertising account termination:
- Your ads will stop showing on the requested termination date – if your request delivered to Cubic is at least 1 business day prior to the requested termination date, or they will stop showing within 1 business day upon receipt of your request if it is an immediate termination request.
- If there is an outstanding balance – it will be included in your next monthly invoice.
- If you have money left in your cancelled account – a refund will be issued to your registered payment method within 30 days.

Prior written notice of account cancellation
The terms of account termination vary depending on the amount of prior written notice that you provide, as follows:
- 7 Days’ Prior Written Notice
- You will not be charged with any penalty for any non-guaranteed Deliverable, including, but not limited to, cost per click (CPC) deliverables, or some non-guaranteed CPM Deliverables, if your notice of termination is delivered to Cubic 7 days prior to the requested termination date.
- 14 Days’ Prior Written Notice
- You will not be charged with any penalty for any guaranteed deliverable, including, but not limited to, cost per thousand impressions (CPM) deliverables if your notice of termination is delivered to Cubic 14 days prior to the requested termination date.
- If you cancel the guaranteed portions of the insertion order (IO) 8 days prior to serving of the first impression, you will only be responsible for the first 6 days of those deliverables.
- 30 Days’ Prior Written Notice
- You will not be charged with any penalty for any flat fee-based or fixed-placement deliverable, including, but not limited to, roadblocks, time-based or share-of-voice buys, and some types of cancelable sponsorships, if your notice of termination is delivered to Cubic 30 days prior to the requested termination date.
- For Cause
- Either Cubic or advertiser may terminate advertiser’s account at any time without penalty if the other party breaches the obligations in the contract, and such breach is not cured within 10 days after receipt of written notice from the non-breaching party.

- Cubic may terminate advertiser’s account at any time without penalty if advertiser violates Cubic's Umo Rewards Advertising Policy and such violation is not cured within 10 days after receipt of written notice from Cubic, or if advertiser violates the same policy 3 times.
