Once you have signed a contract with Cubic, an advertising account will be created in the Umo Rewards Portal within 1 business day.
You will receive a notification email with all account details once account setup is complete.
Note: All time indicators associated with your accounts and campaigns will be reported in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Once your advertising account is available, and you sign in to the Umo Rewards Support Portal, you can:
- Create and Modify User Accounts ‒ to add or modify Umo Rewards users.
- Modify Your Advertising Contract ‒ to request any changes to your Umo Rewards advertising contract.
- Terminate Your Advertising Account ‒ to request your Umo Rewards advertising account be terminated.
- Reactivate Your Advertising Account ‒ to request your Umo Rewards advertising account be reactivated.
