How do I create an ad campaign?
You can create a Umo Rewards advertising campaign by logging in to the Umo Rewards portal and clicking Create New Campaign.
How do I modify an ad campaign?
You can modify an ad campaign by logging in to the Umo Rewards portal, selecting the campaign you want to modify, and making campaign edits as desired.
How do I pause an ad campaign?
You can pause an existing live campaign by submitting a ticket in our Support Portal. Please include the following details:
- Your name and email
- Your company name and Umo Rewards account ID
- Campaign name and ID
- Expected campaign end date
We will respond to your request within 1 business day.
How do I end an ad campaign?

How do I edit my user profile?
To make any modifications to your Umo Rewards user account, please send us a request to update your profile by submitting a ticket in our Support Portal. Please include the following details:
- User name
- User company name and Umo Rewards account ID
- Full name and email address of the user modifications you would like made
Once we have received the user-modification request, we will respond within 1 business day to confirm the Umo Rewards user-account modification(s).
How do I add a user to my account?
You can add a new user to your Umo Rewards advertising account by submitting a ticket in our Support Portal. Please include the following details:
- Your name
- Your company name and Umo Rewards account ID
- Full name and email address of the new user you want to add
Once we have processed the new-user request, we will send them a welcome email with an activation link to set up their user account within 1 business day from our receipt of the request.
How do I remove a user from my account?
You can remove a user from your Umo Rewards advertising account by submitting a ticket in our Support Portal. Please include the following details:
- Your name
- Your company name and Umo Rewards account ID
- Full name and email address of the user you want to remove
You will receive a confirmation email that the user account has been removed within 1 business day from our receipt of the request.
How do I update my billing information?
You an update your billing information by submitting a support ticket in our Support Portal. Please include the following details:
- Your name and email
- Your company name and Umo Rewards account ID
- Request details
We will respond to your billing information update within 1 business day.
When will I receive my invoice?
Umo Rewards will send advertisers' admin users an invoice of the prior month’s activities and account balance via email within the first 5 business days of the following month under any payment option.
Advertiser shall make payment for the total outstanding balance of the previous month within 30 days since receipt of invoice.
What is the Umo Rewards campaign review timeline?
The Umo Rewards advertisement campaign review is 1 day.
Do I have to pay for Stars loyalty points?
You will not have to pay for Stars unless there is an agreement to do so in the contract you signed with Cubic. However, you have the options to award stars for transit riders if you want to drive certain ad responses from transit riders depending on your ad campaign objectives.
