Image files should be prepared with a border around the outside edge of the image that contrasts with the body of the image, or that will contrast with both white and black backgrounds.

If a user taps anywhere on the ad, the mobile application will load the click-through URL using the native web browser and report a click-through event.
Mobile HTML5 Ads
Mobile HTML5 ads consist of a Zip archive containing an index.html file with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript code, and associated images, stylesheets, scripts, or other asset files. HTML5 ads must be capable of being displayed in an iframe.
The Zip archive for an HTML5 ad must contain all the files necessary to display the ad offline. That is, the mobile app should be able to display the ad using only the Zip file even if the phone does not have data service.
Index.html should be in the root folder. No other file should be named as "index".

Mobile HTML5 ads must use a clickTag variables as parameters to any window open event in the ad code.

Video Ad Specifications
Mobile Video Ads
Mobile video ads will be displayed in an in-banner format, with a 300x169 thumbnail image and a play button overlay in a 300x250 Medium Rectangle ad unit with a title, description, URL preview and a call-to-action button.
In-stream video ads are currently not supported.
Clicking on the thumbnail image opens a full screen video in 16:9, 4:3, or 9:16 aspect ratio. At the completion of the video, the post-interaction survey is displayed, or if there is no survey, the video closes and returns to the page displaying the thumbnail image and text.
If a user taps anywhere on the text or call-to-action button, the mobile application will open the click-through URL in the native web browser and report a click-through event.
