Delete a Creative

You can delete a creative – so that it is no longer available for selection in an ad group – by logging in to the Umo Rewards Ad Portal, selecting the Creative icon, and then clicking the Trash icon next to the creative you want to delete under the Creatives list.

info-2color-mint.png You cannot delete a creative if that creative is currently in use in a campaign or if it has been served in a campaign before.

Delete a creative 

  1. Log in to the Umo Rewards Ad Portal.
  2. In the Umo Rewards Ad Portal menu, click the Creative icon Creative_Icon.png.
  3. On the Creatives page, click the Delete icon Delete.png next to the creative you want to delete.
  4. In the Delete this creative? pop-up window, click Yes. 

thumbs_up_icon.png The system notifies you that the creative has been successfully deleted, and no longer appears under the Creatives List.
