You can deactivate a creative (so that it will no longer be available for use in your ad campaigns) by going to Creative, locating the creative you want to activate under the Creatives list and sliding the Status bar from Active to Inactive.
You cannot deactivate a creative if it is associated with active ad groups. You will need to remove the creative from the ad group first before deactivating the creative.
