You can add a creative (known as an ad) for each ad group in a campaign by logging in to the Umo Rewards Ad Portal and doing one of the following:
- Option 1: Campaign > Campaign List > Select Campaign Name > Select Ad Group > Edit Ad Group > Select Creative > +New Creative.

- Option 2:
- Log in to the Umo Rewards Ad Portal.
- In the Umo Rewards Ad Portal menu, click the Creative icon .
- On the Creatives page, click New Creative.
Image, HTML5, or video creatives are supported.
In the Add Creative window, enter the following details for your creative:
- Name
- (Optional) Description
- Advertiser
- Creative Mode
- Creative URL: copy and paste an external URL where the creative is hosted
- Upload: upload the creative file directly into Umo platform
- Width
- Height
- Image Alt Text (image ads only): The image alt text will be displayed in case that your creative asset cannot be loaded on the app or there is a latency in your ad loading time.
- Ad Title (video ads only): this will be displayed under the video creative. The title can be up to 16 characters.
- Ad Description (video ads only): this will be displayed under the ad title. The description can be up to 20 characters.
- Ad Call to Action CTA (video ads only): The CTA can be up to 10 characters. A click on the CTA will direct to the landing page.
- Display URL
- Destination URL
- (Optional) Third Party Trackers: the trackers are used to confirm the validity of ad traffic delivered by an ad server and to augment the ad server’s proof of performance for impressions data with richer data insight generated by the tracking company. The trackers of 25 %, 50%, 75%, and 100% are only applicable for video ads – to track the percentage of the video ad content that has been watched.
Once you have all the details entered for your new creative, click Save.
The system notifies you that the creative has been successfully created and appears under the Creatives List.
If the creatives have been created, they will be available for you to select and add to an ad group under Select Creative.
You can add up to 20 creatives per ad group.
