To change your loyalty campaign budget, you must submit a ticket in the Umo Rewards Support Portal, including the following details:
- Your name
- Your Umo Rewards organization account name and account ID
- Campaign name and ID
- New budget amount
Note: You cannot change your campaign budget within 24 hours before the campaign start date.
