This article explains how to modify an existing loyalty campaign.
Note: You cannot modify an existing live loyalty campaign. Instead, you must create a new loyalty campaign with your modified settings.

Modify an existing Loyalty campaign
To edit an existing campaign that has been submitted for review, you must send us your modification requests by submitting a ticket in our Support Portal and include the following details:
- Your name
- Your Umo Rewards organization account name and account ID
- Campaign name that needs modifying
- Modification details

Note: Loyalty campaigns cannot be modified 24 hours before the campaign start date.

Modify an existing live Loyalty campaign
You cannot modify an existing live loyalty campaign. Instead, you must create a new loyalty campaign with your modified settings.
Adjust a Loyalty campaign end date
You can adjust loyalty campaign end date by submitting a ticket in our Support Portal and including the following details:
- Your name
- Your Umo Rewards organization account name and account ID
- Campaign name and ID
- New campaign end date
