Deactivate an Ad Group

You can deactivate a campaign’s ad group (so that an ad no longer runs for that ad group) by logging in to the Umo Rewards Ad Portal and going to Campaign, selecting a campaign with a campaign’s ad group, and then sliding the Status bar from Active to Inactive. 

Deactivate a campaign’s ad group 

  1. Log in to the Umo Rewards Ad Portal.
  2. In the Umo Rewards Ad Portal menu, click the Campaign icon .
  3. On the Campaign page, under Campaign List, select the campaign whose ad group that you want to deactivate.
  4. On the Campaign Details page, locate the ad group you want to activate it and slide the Status bar from Active to Inactive.
  5. In the Deactivate this Ad Group? pop-up window, click Yes.

thumbs_up_icon.png The system notifies you that the ad group has been successfully deactivated, and ads no longer run.
