How Riders Can Opt Out of Umo Rewards

Riders can opt out of Umo Rewards by going to Wallet > Rewards > Update profile. 

  1. From the main screen, tap the Wallet icon. 
  2. On the My Wallet screen, select Rewards. 
  3. On the Rewards screen, scroll down and tap Update profile.
  4. On the My Rewards Account screen a rider can tap one of the following: 
      • Opt-Out of Merchant Offers 
      • Close my Umo Rewards Account  

info-2color-mint.png Note: If the rider selects Close my Umo Rewards Account, they will automatically be removed from merchant offers, if they have linked a debit card or credit card to their Rewards account. Additionally, by opting out of Umo Rewards, the rider forfeits all earned Stars. Once Stars are forfeited, they cannot be reinstated. 

  1. Once the rider taps one of these options, the system asks them to verify opting out of merchant offers or closing their Umo Rewards account. 
  2. Tap OK top to confirm opting out of Umo Rewards.
