Riders can view their Umo Rewards stars balance by going to Wallet > Rewards.
- From the main screen, tap the Wallet icon.
- On the My Wallet screen, select Rewards.
On the Rewards tab, their Umo Rewards stars balance appears.
From here, they can do the following:

- Redeem Stars for a Pass or transit-related Cash Balance – if they have enough stars to do so
- View your Rewards Stars History – for the history and number of stars they have earned and redeemed
