Umo Rewards lets your riders earn Stars when they ride and spend. Riders can then redeem their Stars for transit passes or as cash balances in their Umo Wallets that they can then apply to transit costs.

How do riders get started?
Riders download the Umo App on their smartphone from either the iOS App Store (for iPhone devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and set up their Umo App accounts with a mobile phone number, email or their username & password.
After riders create a Umo account, they can join Umo Rewards to start earning Umo Rewards Stars offered by participating transit agencies when they ride and by participating merchants when they spend, and then redeeming their Stars for travel.
