Riders can earn Stars when they join Umo Rewards – that they can later redeem for passes and transit-related cash balances – by going to Wallet > Rewards > Join.
How do riders opt in to earn Stars when they join Umo Rewards?
- From the main screen, tap the Wallet icon.
- On the My Wallet screen, select Rewards.
- On the Join Umo Rewards screen, tap the Terms and Conditions link.
- Once the rider has read both documents, they select the I agree to the Umo Rewards Terms and Conditions check box.
- Tap Join.
The Umo App then notifies the rider how to earn Stars when they ride and spend, and how to redeem their Stars for travel.
