You can adjust draft campaign budgets by selecting the campaign you want to modify, making the necessary edits, and clicking Save Draft or Submit for Review.
For all other campaign-budget adjustments please submit a ticket in our Support Portal and include the following details:

- Your name
- Your company name and Umo Rewards account ID
- Campaign name and ID
- New budget amount
We will respond to your request within 1 business day.
Note: If your total campaign budget amount after the adjustment is 10% greater than the total budget defined in the advertising contract, a contract addendum is required before the new budget application can go into effects.
