To make any modifications to your Umo Rewards user account, please send us a request to update your profile by submitting a ticket in our Support Portal.
Please include the following details:
- User name
- User company name and Umo Rewards account ID
- Full name and email address of the user modifications you would like made
Once we have received the user-modification request, we will respond within 1 business day to confirm the Umo Rewards user-account modification(s).
