You can change a user name for your Umo Rewards advertising account by submitting a ticket in our Support Portal and including the following details:
- Your name
- Your company name and Umo Rewards account ID
- The new name that you want to update to
You will receive a confirmation email that your name has been updated within 1 business day from our receipt of your request.
